I have a customer who is reporting that occasionally when sending a message using Outlook, the sendmail process will apparently hang; and then Outlook will make another connection, and hang that sendmail, ad infinitum. (Leaving a cluster of hung sendmail processes.) Have any of you heard of anything like that? Any ideas what to look for to fix it? (They are running a fairly recent version of sendmail on SPARC/Solaris. I don't know what version of Outlook or Windows.)
