Don't do that, go buy yourself a non-CardBus card, it will save you 
lots of grief. Oh, by the way, most combo cards (network + 
modem) is only supported for half the card (ie. the modem OR the 
network, not both), and this goes for non-CardBus cards as well.

It is not advisable at all for a _user_. -current is for developers and 
other people who likes to tinker with their machine to make it work, 
instead of just using it, like us users do. By definition, -current is 
"unstable"; you will never know which (features) work, and which 
doesn't for any given point in time (unless you're one of the 
developers).

I'm certain that people on this list with hands-on knowledge of the 
products you mention will give you more accurate answers, but if 
you want to be able to _use_ your machine, don't run -current on it 
unless you are (or want to be) a developer.
