So this is a different system?  How is it crashing?  i.e., please show the
panic string etc..

It sounds like we have two problems on the original server:
- 15.0 doesn't boot when NUMA is enabled (comment 14)
- we exclude some physical memory from phys_avail[] early during boot

Plus an unrelated panic on a different system.
