Synopsis: FreeBSD wont boot on amd p133 State-Changed-From-To: open-closed State-Changed-By: joerg State-Changed-When: Sun Aug 24 11:20:12 MEST 1997 State-Changed-Why: This is a typical geometry problem, as described in the installation docs and as can be found in various answers in the mail archives. Make sure FreeBSD uses the _BIOS_ geometry in its fdisk editor. The CPU type is totally irrelevant, but your both machines for sure use a different BIOS geometry.
