Sure, just set up four print spools corresponding to your four printers,
or am I missing something?  If you want to automatically spread the load,
then you probably need to get/write some fancier print scheduling software.
But if starting print jobs without consideration of current print load
is sufficient, any Unix system can do that, and a SysV-based system may
even handle the scheduling problem (if you can tolerate the other aspects
of the SysV print system).  On a SysV system, look into printer classes.
