The API described in crypto.9 is out of date (e.g. some extra params to
routines are missing), there are driver-specific sysctl's not documented,
and I wasn't sure how to handle the HISTORY section content. I'll take care
of API stuff and the like.
I don't think it's worth minimizing diffs to the openbsd version as the
content isn't likely to change significantly in the future.
