you need recompile the kernel, the conf is located /usr/src/sys/i386/conf,

-- Im not sure if you ever had compile kernel before or not..

copy GENERIC and add options NMBCLUSTERS=4098 or more depends
how big you are. then recompile the kernel and install.

It will stop errors in your messages. :)

if you never been compile the kernel. I recommend you read the instruction
on www.freebsd.org under handbook section. you will find 
"Configuring the FreeBSD kernel"
