I've attempted multiple times to NFS mount a user's home directory so that they can be run on both servers - a set of CGI scripts that make up a chatroom. It works great for about 12 hours, then the client server stops responding to the requests...when I attempt to unmount it, or forcibly unmount, or kill nfs daemons to restart everything, the entire system freezes (no icmp or anything) and needs a reboot. I'm runnign freebsd 2.2.1 on both machines (about to upgrade to 2.2.2) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jonathan A.
