seems to have fixed this issue for me in prelim testing.

On a RELENG 11 box that was easy to reproduce the problem, I was able to do=
 70
builds over night in the hypervisor and a similar amount in 2 VMs on the box
running HEAD and RELENG11 with debugging symbols.

I will also confirm on the other box that it too no longer has issues.
