see /usr/ports/www/apache13-modssl if you cvsup your ports tree. or
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/ports/www/apache13-modssl.tar

This port is for the apache+ssl (modssl) and is proven to be reliable as
well.
