According to the squid FAQ, it would be good to increase the
size (not the number) of the mbuf buffers when running squid.

There they do it by adding

	options         MSIZE="256"

to the kernel config file. Since I found various references
to MSIZE in userland, wouldn't it be better to tweak
/usr/include/machine/param.h and build world and kernel?

Or is it unadvisable to do that at all? WHat do the memory
experts think?
