I can post a debug output if that will help. In order for the stock virtusertable to work, the domain must be in Cw. Therefore the domains you removed were in Cw and still are so they are considered local. If you have an IP for their domain aliased to this box they are added to Cw automatically. There's a cf setting to disable this but I don't use it and can't tell you what it is.
