This has been fixed.

Yeah, I see this, but I _thought_ this was a product of a stage install
and in a production install, Perl itself would handle the final removal
of this file.  I don't recall seeing a poudriere report from this in the
past, and it's been the case for many releases now.

I'd be happy to be taught a way to safely clean this up, though.
