i haven't tested on 13.X, only 14.0 and can reproduce reliably.
the symptom is that wired MRU memory keeps being allocated and not freed an=
d on
a fast nvme pool the iozone test deadlocks the machine in under 5 seconds!

perhaps you can try the test using the same iozone flags and zfs properties=
