  FreeBSD ports repository

  Added files:
    cad/calculix/files   patch-cgx_VER+src+readccx.c 
  Log:
  Unbreak for 4-STABLE with ad hoc patch.
  replace _toupper to toupper. _toupper
  is a macro defined at 5-CURRENT in ctype.h so
  it doesn't harm for both.
