I didn't know about it until today. Please take a look at https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=291061 because I see this commit revert a change (https://cgit.freebsd.org/ports/commit/?id=a84e7439678b937db4b481fc340ee43af71eea9d) necessary to avoid some issues with fpc/fpc-devel.
