If you don't want an emotional answer (and i'm not saying it was (i'm only from the outer 
reaches, not the core/development team)) then you shouldn't attack the way you HAVE. 
These are just people doing the best they can under the time constraints they have imposed 
on them. 

If you want an example of SMARMY ARROGANT MESSAGES then see your first post to the list!!!
