All sorts of interesting stuff can be found at <http://www.carthuplas.be/product1.html> through <http://www.carthuplas.be/product6.html>, including their Brilliant Maxibox (which allows you to package CD and a 48 or 72 page booklet), several different smaller jewel cases, and they have diagrams for inserts, booklets, etc... that show exactly how large they can be.
