if this were changed, for a problem with (for example) ftp6.freebsd.org
a user would mail ftp@ which translates to root@/admin@ who can't do
anything about ftp6.freebsd.org.
users should be advised to contact the system administrator of the ftp
server they're using. i'd bet that most, if not all, of our mirrors have
this information in the MOTD/welcome.msg on their server.
