That's not good.  I had been sitting around, waiting for someone else
to do something.  I waited to almost release time...  and upon noone
else having fixed it, I did what I could.  You know, you can still
revert to version 1.11 of that file, add your changes, and commit to
version 1.13.  As for RELENG_3_4_0_RELEASE, it does currently have a
good fts.c, even if it's not that one.

Right.  Did you read my import commit message?  I specifically noted this
and why I chose version 1.22 and not 1.23.
