>Description:
We use the FreeBSD machine as a news server which has 3 SCSI hard
disks. We use CCD to concatenate those 3 hard disks together as a
big partition. Both SCSI card (Aha 2940AU) and hard disk are running
in Ultra speed (20mb).

The news feed we have is around 1Gbytes a day, now it has about 4Gb.

The problem is the server dies too often, it has died twice since we
install the 2.2.5-RELEASE. 

I rebooted the machine and used "-v" option then used the command
"dmesg", now the report is shown below:
