Hmm, but if have done traffic shaping via bps limit. But I also wanted to limit packet rate, because P2P and skype uses small packets, but in high volumes....And it will stop P2P and Skype if I set on 512 kbps 40 packets/s [pps] > Newp. You're stuck to good old bps with ipfw or bps/cpse (connections > per second established) with pf.
