https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=203173 Bug ID: 203173 Summary: nvi -R seems broken Product: Base System Version: 10.1-STABLE Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: bin Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: bz@FreeBSD.org If I open a file in vi (nvi) -R I can still :w without questions asked. Also in the old days it would open even really large files really quickly displaying the first page almost instantly, whereas I can easily wait 5+ minutes on a 10+GB text file. Yes, I ripple-checked that I use nvi and not, e.g., vim by accident. Anyone have a clue or can go and investigate please? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
