How about the JServ servlet API? www.apache.org -> then to the related projects then Java apache. Its not specifically FBSD though. And there are a few startup javax.comm.* projects I think, maybe using RXTX. And the JSP (Java Server Pages) work being done. I don't know if I could get any vaguer, so signing off...
