With modesetting running (which i've been successfully using for over a year now), the desktop (openbox) starts, but after several seconds it will freeze and I'm only able to move mouse cursor. I'm able to ssh into the machine and restart X. All applications I've starting via openbox-autostart are actually started(checked with ps via ssh), but they do not appear on the screen! P.S.
