Am I? Why didn't you tell me? :) (although a few committers have reviewed
and touched it since I wrote it, of course).

Anyway FWIW, many thanks to Tony for bringing it up to date. I've never
really looked back after I wrote it, a lot of things changed it seems.
Much needed update.
