That of course isn't good... :( XFree86-4.0.3 will probably fix your X problems. I have no complaints with my Satellite 2805-S201 since I upgraded to 4.0.3. I just wish the 256M memory chip were better cooled. It is now the hotspot on the bottom of my machine.
