We try and support 3.5.1, but this is difficult since it can take significant developer time and effort to fix a problem (often it is MUCH more difficult than fixing in 4.x). Someone may give you an unofficial patch if you are lucky, but otherwise you're out of luck. There have been a lot of other significant security problems fixed since 3.1 anyway.
