I usually send serious changes to -arch, too, since many people have
pointed out that most of the developers/users have moved away from
-hackers.  But yes, you are right that this particular change should
have gone to some other list, too..  I don't think that lots of people
use rarpd(8) anyway :P  (NOT a good argument, I know :)
