Log:
(1) Make this port use lang/tcl75 again. It should now work on both
2.2-stable and 3.0-current trees.
(2) Take out dependency of default from post-install. This means the
"tk.h" and "tkConfig.sh" links will not be installed unless you do
an explicit "make default".
(3) While I'm here, change the Makefile to use ${VERSION} instead of
repeating "4.1" everywhere.
