After a 'cvsup supfile' and a 'make world'

I see we have a new boot loader .... not Revision 0.5 Revision now 0.7, now
it does not work!!

FreeBSD/i386 bootstrap loader, Revision 0.7 ......
(jkh@usa3.freebsd.org .........)

disk1s2a:>  boot
You have already loaded 'boot' .....
disk1s2a:> boot kernel
(same thing!)
disk1s2a:> boot kernel.prev
(same thing!!)

Which means I CAN NOT BOOT!!!!!!!!!   ):(

What is going on? .... this is 3.2-S!
