Subject: Switches/Jumpers on a NE2000 clone ?

Hi !
I bought a cheap NE2000 clone (8bit card) without documentation and software.
Now I want to know, how the bar with the switches must be configured and
how to configure the 4 bars with the jumpers. 2 Jumper bars are for
DMA/IRQ (both 8 jumpers). But the rest ?
Also, I never installed such a card. The manual told me that I have
to configure the card as ed0. ed1 would be another card ?
What else I have to do ? ifconfig ? arp ?

By the way, I want to make my own terminators, can anybody help me with
the specifications of a BNC-ether-terminator ? How many ohms ?

Thanx a lot !

Bye,
	Udo

P.S.: I only found ONE newsgroup in the USENET (comp.dcom.lans.ethernet), is
there anything similar in german ? Because there came nothing back,
I tried it here. I hope you're not too angry about it. :-)
