https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=245627 Bug ID: 245627 Summary: jail rc script stops jails not defined in jail.conf Product: Base System Version: 12.1-RELEASE Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: misc Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: phryk@wzff.de The 'stop' (and 'restart') command of /etc/rc.d/jail stops not only jails defined in jail.conf, but *all* jails. I'm not sure whether there's legit reason to run something like ezjail or iocage in parallel to jail.conf jails, but at least with poudriere on the same host, there's a legitimate case for having more than one source of jails and I'd argue it should only stop the jails defined in jail.conf (since it only starts those as well). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
