Hello!

in view of kdump (and ktrace ...), there will be read the file 

/var/run/ld-elf.so.hints

but its contents not...

Or why is every programm trying to load every library from the same
search path? e.g. tries first /lib, etc.

this happens at least to 5-STABLE and 6-STABLE

shouldn't be it more so, that programs open the library in the right
directory already for the first time and not have to search?
