kgdb logs (#1 and #2)

There seems to be some instability issue around KTLS with QAT (Atom C3000).

Two kgdb logs attached.

 #1=20

Relatively easy to reproducible on my environment if
     # kldunload qat
   while active KTLS sessions exist.

 #2=20

   The specific trigger is unknown.
I had not experienced this panic before upgrading from 13.x to 14.1
recently.
