I'm using:

$ pkg_info | fgrep linux_base
linux_base-fc-4_10  Base set of packages needed in Linux mode (for i386/amd64)

I wundered as well that the www/linux-flashplugin9 only installed
linux-openssl-0.9.7f but did not touched linux_base...

Should I just install /usr/ports/emulators/linux_base-f7 or will this
cause a never ending (other) story?
