What permissions do the new icons have?=20

Can you load them directly from the filesystem, e.g. by entering
  file:/home/data/www/icons/fsbpb2.gif
in your browser?

BTW it's a better practice to quote filenames and other attributes in HTM=
L,
e.g.
<img src=3D"icons/fsbpb2.gif">
