This is true. However, with one AP, it works great. Multiple APs are
supported by the Linux hostap driver.

No. WDS mode is used for repeaters, not for roaming between APs.

I'm not sure that I follow this advise. It seems to not match with
the setup that I'm running right now typing this in.
