I have the 'sh' (suppress headers) flag in my printcap queue definitions,
but I'm still getting headers.
I didn't get headers with 2.0.5-RELEASE. I'm not sure if this behavior
started with my move to 2.1 or to 2.1-stable.
Anyone else seeing this? (or is it just me :)
