Hello,
I'm writing to point out that an explicit section in the handbook
teaching how to upgrade between RELEASE's with cvsup, the release_x_x
tag, is probably missing. The only section that comes close to it is
"The Cutting Edge", which a lot of people might not even read, since
they're interested in RELEASE's, and does not suggest this process
in a straight way. At least I can't find this.
