Not that's generated automatically. Either use CVSup, or grab the
tarball I just put in

Note that this is *not* self-contained. You will need the DTD in
doc/share/sgml, as well as the .ent files in there. You will also need
some of the files in doc/en_US.ISO_8859-1/share/.
