RPI4 boot failure with attached Geekworm X829 module

Hi,
I'm having a problem with RPI4 booting from SD-card while 2 HDD-s are attached
over USB bridge from Geekworkm X829 (1) module. When USB bridge is present
during boot, then it skips SD card for unknown reason and fails (see attached
image). When i remove the USB bridge (2), then RPI boots fine. SD card is
working properly.
All worked with snapshot installed around october 2020. The problem appeared,
when installed fresh 13-BETA1.

"Screenshot" is taken from 13-BETA (sorry about screenshot quality).
Is there some way to manually force to boot from sd card?
