Problem with ver. 0.4 in system without HD

I have been working with the verson 0.4 of PicoBSD and I have some problems if
I try to boot on a system without harddrive. I get the following
errors:
dkl: slice 1 overleap slice 0
and then
panic: mfs_strategy bad device
If I boot the same disk on my develobment system with harddrives everything
works ok.
