Remember, though, that the word "port", in this sense, just means "port skeleton" - a set of files which tell your system how to obtain the source code (the "distfiles") for a particular program, and how to compile and install it. cvsup will not put the distfiles themselves into /usr/ports. That will only happen when you cd into one of the directories under /usr/ports and issue a 'make' command. -Chris
