Yep, Looks good.

Try "MAKEDEV ttycX" and "MAKEDEV cuacX" where X is the minor device number.

The above worked for me using 2.1.0-RELEASE.

I also had to ask the list to find this information. Maybe there should 
be a FAQ entry, or even just a comment in the MAKEDEV script.
