Testing at Netflix didn't discover any stability or performance regressions
compared to June stabweek snapshot.  My personal use in a desktop environment
also didn't show any problems.  Everybody are advised to update their FreeBSD
15.0-CURRENT :)

There is one bug report that seems to be a regression:

and it is related to hms(4).

Unless we receive any regression report in this email thread until Wednesday
morning at 8:00 UTC, let's declare the stabilization cycle done by that time.
