MFC 1.25 - 1.23:
o Use whois.example.com rather than non-existent.host in an example.
o Remove a trailing space at the end of a line.
o Remove examples from throughout the manual.
o Create an EXAMPLES section.
o In some places change "ru" to "RU" to be consistent.
