Yes. I'm waiting for the package builds to complete and 3 trivial
security-related fixes to be committed to the RELENG_4_5 branch before
we lay down the RELENG_4_5_0_RELEASE tag. The release bits will
likely not be available from the FTP sites until tommorow.
