Yeah, you would think that they should install a relay server, but since their Windows and Mac customers are not having any problems, they likely would not feel the need. Only their non-Win/MAC customers are having trouble and when it comes to support they are quick to tell you that your OS is unsupported. Of course, they probably would have some other lame excuse for not installing one. I think that I have found my resolution. Thanks for the response.
