Sadly, PicoBSD is very broken.  There are some changes to
userland which need to be made as well as the build
framework which has been damaged for some time.

Once you get it to compile, you'll find the whole init
scheme doesn't work anymore.  I managed to hack around
some of the breakage and barely get the "dial"
version to boot to userland but it's not yet fit for
send-pr  :-(
